Amy and Jeff have backgrounds in marketing; Amy focused on the Florida hotel and resort industry while Jeff dedicated his energies to the field of high technology. Amy has lived in Florida for 16 years and Jeff for 27, so both are highly knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay area and its housing markets. Before moving to Florida, Dawn lived in Manhattan and worked in advertising and securities trading.
